How do you take over an existing nonprofit business?
The local preschool is nonprofit under local Church–for over 40 yrs, is losing it’s church from mergers and buildings being sold. The teachers and parents want to keep this preschool running. How can this be done? What are the costs involved with fed tax ids…etc.

You write up a mission Statement
Have a Slate of Officers such as Pres VP Treasurer and Recording Secretary
