Is starting a for profit youth sports business a good idea?
I am looking to start a for profit Youth Sports organization and I am looking for opinions on the subject. Any feedback is appreciated.
Does the fact that it is for profit discourage you? Or does is not matter as long as the organization is structured in a way that is beneficial for the kids?
i think that fact that it is non profit does make it more appealing, especially to parents
however, just because it is a non profit organization, doesn’t mean that you can’t profit from it.
for instance, you need to pay yourself a salary, pay yourself rent to use your home office, etc
